Dana B. Ostrovsky Joins Parker McCay's Construction Group Marlton, NJ, September 16, 2005 - Dana B. Ostrovsky has joined Parker McCay's Construction Group as an associate attorney. Ms. Ostrovsky will concentrate her practice in the areas of construction litigation and commercial litigation, representing both public and private clients. Before joining Parker McCay, Ms. Ostrovsky was an associate with Cohen, Seglias, Pallas, Greenhall and Furman in Philadelphia from 2001-2005. Prior to that, she was an associate in the Cherry Hill office of Blank Rome from 1999-2001. Ms. Ostrovsky has practiced construction law extensively since 2001. She has handled complex construction disputes involving lien claims, delay and inefficiency claims, constructive change claims, surety bond claims and defense, construction defect claims, and claims of professional negligence claims architects and engineers. In addition, she authored the Brief in Star of the Sea Concrete Corp. v. Lucas Brothers, Inc., New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, a published opinion that has greatly impacted public bidding in New Jersey. Ms. Ostrovsky earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden, and received her bachelor's degree from Rutgers College, School of Communications where she double-majored in communications and political science. Ms. Ostrovsky is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Burlington County Bar Association. She was born in Philadelphia, Pa. and currently resides in Mount Laurel, N.J.
