Ms. Halpern will concentrate her practice in the area of insurance defense. With over 20 years of insurance defense experience, Ms. Halpern has represented clients in a variety of areas, including automobile liability, no fault, uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, general liability and insurance coverage. Prior to joining Parker McCay, she was an attorney with the Robert Plan Corporation of New York. Ms. Halpern earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden, and received her bachelor's degree from Barnard College in New York, N.Y.
