Parker McCay Attorney Carolyn R. Sleeper Shares Strategies for Wrongful Death Litigation
Marlton, NJ, March 1, 2005 - Parker McCay attorney and shareholder, Carolyn R. Sleeper, was recently a featured speaker at a seminar focusing on strategies for litigating a wrongful death case.

The seminar, presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, provided information on how to handle a wrongful death or survivor action, as well as a review of recent case law developments that impact wrongful death cases, and changes to the Wrongful Death Statute.

Ms. Sleeper is a shareholder in Parker McCay's Medical Malpractice Department, concentrating primarily on medical malpractice defense and other hospital-related litigation.
