Michael A. Rambert Joins Parker, McCay & Criscuolo as Counsel Marlton, NJ, November 30, 2004 - Michael A. Rambert has joined Parker, McCay & Criscuolo as counsel. Mr. Rambert will concentrate his practice in the area of redevelopment law. In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Rambert has held several positions, including senior advisor to the New Jersey Commerce and Economic Growth Commission, director of small business development for the State of New Jersey, and vice president/general counsel for an economic development corporation in Baltimore. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Rambert held positions as a real estate manager for New Jersey Transit Corporation and as land bank manager and commercial loan officer for the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation. Mr. Rambert has extensive experience with the redevelopment of commercial, industrial and residential areas, counseling clients on a variety of redevelopment issues including the formulation and implementation of redevelopment plans. "Michael's experience gives him a unique perspective on the issues related to redevelopment in New Jersey," says Philip A. Norcross, managing shareholder and chief executive officer. He received his Master of City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, and his undergraduate degree in geography from Middlebury College. Mr. Rambert is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Ohio. He is a director of the Land Use Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and a trustee of the Garden State Bar Association. He is a member of the New Jersey State Chamber of Commerce's Economic Development Committee and the Government Affairs Committee of the New Jersey Business and Industry Association. In addition, he serves on the Dean's Board of Advisors at The College of New Jersey. Mr. Rambert grew up in Philadelphia, Pa., and currently resides in Princeton, N.J.
