Lisa S. Grosskreutz Participates in Employment Law Mock Trial
Marlton, NJ, April 22, 2010 - Parker McCay Counsel, Lisa S. Grosskreutz recently participated in the two-day, "Boardwalk Seminar 2010," held by the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ). Ms. Grosskreutz played a part in the "Employment Law Mock Trial: Stavenik v. Robert Wood Johnson: Trial School." She presented the direct and cross examination of the director of nursing on behalf of the defendant.

Ms. Grosskreutz has specialized in employment and labor law since 1987. She has counseled numerous private and public sector employers with regard to a wide variety of employment issues, including issues arising under federal and state anti-discrimination laws, "whistleblower" laws, and family and medical leave statutes. Ms. Grosskreutz has conducted training of management employees on such topics as sexual harassment and equal employment opportunity compliance, and she has assisted employers in drafting personnel policies and employment manuals.
