Parker McCay Attorney Paul N. Barger Speaks on Student Privacy Marlton, NJ, April 2, 2010 - Parker McCay Counsel, Paul N. Barger recently spoke at a seminar entitled, "Student Privacy: The Top 4 Hot Button Legal Issues," presented by the National Business Institute.
Mr. Barger presented a discussion on cyberbullying and the use of social networking sites in and out of the school setting to an audience of school district administrators and attorneys.
Mr. Barger concentrates his practice on representing public school boards of education in all areas affecting their operations, including special education and labor and employment. Mr. Barger earned his law degree from The George Washington University Law School and received a bachelor's degree from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Illinois and the District of Columbia. He works in the firm's office in Lawrenceville, NJ.
