Paul N. Barger Joins Parker McCay's School Law Practice Marlton, NJ, March 25, 2010 - The New Jersey law firm, Parker McCay, is pleased to announce that attorney Paul N. Barger has joined the firm as Counsel in the School Law Department. Mr. Barger will be located in the firm's Lawrenceville office and will focus his practice on representing public school boards of education in all areas affecting their operations, including special education and labor and employment.

Prior to joining Parker McCay, Mr. Barger served as managing partner in a firm he founded, Barger & Bolger, in which he handled all issues involving public school districts, including general board counsel, labor negotiations, special education litigation, IDEA, Section 504 and civil rights compliance.
"Paul is a wonderful addition to the School Law Department," says department co-chair, Frank Cavallo, "He is well respected by colleagues, as well as Administrative Law Judges throughout the State."
Mr. Barger earned his law degree from The George Washington University Law School, as well as a bachelor's degree from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, District of Columbia and Illinois. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association.
He is a resident of Hoboken, NJ.
