Elizabeth M. Garcia Moderates Employment Law Seminar
Marlton, NJ, February 22, 2010 - Parker McCay Counsel, Elizabeth M. Garcia recently served as moderator for the seminar entitled "Downsizing: The Do's and Don'ts of Reductions in Force." The seminar, presented by the Burlington County Bar Association, focused on topics such as severance packages, layoffs, age discrimination, and the WARN Act.

Ms. Garcia, a Trustee for the Burlington County Bar Association, concentrates her practice in the areas of labor and employment, civil rights and government liability, and municipal and government relations. She serves as special labor counsel to various New Jersey municipalities, and she counsels numerous public sector employers with regard to a wide variety of employment issues. In 2008, Ms. Garcia was the recipient of the prestigious Robert W. Criscuolo Award, presented annually by the Burlington County Bar Association to a young attorney committed to the legal profession and the community.
