Parker McCay Employees Contribute $14,500 to Haiti Earthquake Relief Marlton, NJ, February 2, 2010 - Employees of the New Jersey-based law firm Parker McCay joined Haiti earthquake relief efforts by donating $14,500 to several charitable organizations.
In their desire to raise funds for this worthwhile cause, on January 20th the firm's employees began a nine-day charitable competition amongst each of the floors in the firm's Marlton, NJ headquarters and their Atlantic City and Lawrenceville locations. All contributions were donated to the humanitarian organizations CARE, Save the Children and U.S. Fund for UNICEF, all of which currently have staff on the ground in Haiti providing supplies, shelter and medical treatment to those in need.
