Parker McCay Welcomes Seven New Associates Marlton, NJ, October 20, 2009 - The regional law firm, Parker McCay, is pleased to announce that Stephen M. Bacigalupo II, Grant G. Berger, Breanne, M. DeRaps, Kiera McFadden-Roan, Erin P. Mullen, Carl Tanksley, Jr., and Mary Wu have joined the firm as Associates. Mr. Bacigalupo focuses his practice on school law. Prior to joining Parker McCay, Mr. Bacigalupo was an associate attorney with the law firm Manning, Caliendo & Thomson located in Freehold, N.J. Previous to that, he served as law clerk for the Honorable Paul F. Chaiet, in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division. Mr. Bacigalupo earned his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, and a bachelor's degree from Adelphi University. He works in the firm's headquarters in Marlton, NJ. Mr. Berger concentrates his practice in the areas of construction law and litigation, local government law and appellate law. Prior to joining Parker McCay, Mr. Berger served as a law clerk for the Honorable Susan L. Reisner, J.A.D., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, and as an extern for the Honorable Theodore A. McKee, in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Previous to that, he was a summer associate for the law firm of D'Alfonso and Camacho.
