John C. Gillespie Featured Speaker at 2009 TRICO JIF Planning Retreat Marlton, NJ, August 11, 2009 - Parker McCay shareholder, John C. Gillespie, was recently a featured speaker at the 2009 Tri-County Joint Insurance Fund (TRICO JIF) Planning Retreat. Speaking to all the municipalities in the TRICO JIF, he presented a discussion on class action lawsuits. Mr. Gillespie concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal law, governmental defense litigation, and land use and development. Mr. Gillespie has represented public entities, as well as land use applicants, for over twenty-five years. He regularly represents national clients before local land use boards.
