John C. Gillespie Appointed as Board Member for Samaritan Hospice Marlton, NJ, July 31, 2009 - Parker McCay shareholder, John C. Gillespie, was recently appointed to the Samaritan Hospice Board of Trustees. Samaritan Hospice is a regional leader for hospice care serving people in Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Mercer counties who are coping with serious illness or grief. Among his many other community and civic service activities, Mr. Gillespie is also Trustee at the Church of Saint Isaac Jogues, Evesham, and past President of Crossroads Runaway Program, Inc.
Mr. Gillespie concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal law, governmental defense litigation, land use and development. Mr. Gillespie has represented public entities, as well as land use applicants, for over twenty-five years. He regularly represents national clients before local land use boards. He is a former trustee of the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys and serves as associate counsel to the New Jersey State League of Municipalities.
