Michael A. Rambert to Speak at Joint Venture Seminars
Marlton, NJ, March 12, 2009 - Parker McCay attorney Michael A. Rambert will be the featured speaker at two seminars on Joint Ventures. On March 26th, Mr. Rambert will be presenting a workshop on Joint Venture Agreement/Relationships for the New Jersey Transit's Office of Business Diversity. On May 13th, Mr. Rambert will be speaking at the U.S. Small Business Administraton Business Development Division's workshop, "Keys to Successful Teaming Agreements and Joint Ventures." Both events will cover such issues as what a teaming and joint venture agreement is, when and how they are used, how to negotiate and draft a joint venture agreement, and the management of joint ventures.

Mr. Rambert's practice focuses on government contract law, business and corporate law and real estate development law. In the area of federal and state government contract law, he represents and advises contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
