Alfred R. Scerni, Jr. Appointed Chairman of ACCVA Board of Directors
Marlton, NJ, March 10, 2008 - Parker McCay attorney Fred R. Scerni was appointed by New Jersey Governor Jon S. Corzine as Chairman of the Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority Board of Directors (ACCVA). Recently signed legislation gives ownership and full responsibility for the Convention Center and Boardwalk Hall to the Authority.

Mr. Scerni has more than 25 years experience representing the interests of public- and private-sector clients in the areas of state and local government law, real estate, land use, and redevelopment. He served as New Jersey Assemblyman for the 2nd Legislative District from 1990 to 1992, and has also held several state appointments, including general counsel to the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority.
