Phyllis E. Bross to Moderate Environmental/Land Use Seminar Marlton, NJ, March 2, 2009 - Parker McCay attorney Phyllis E. Bross will moderate the March 31st seminar, What New Jersey Lawyers Need to Know About Pennsylvania Environmental and Redevelopment Law. The seminar, presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, will focus on the differences and similarities between Pennsylvania and New Jersey environmental and redevelopment laws, including the laws governing Brownfields redevelopment. Ms. Bross concentrates her practice in Brownfields redevelopment and environmental law, with an emphasis in the acquisition, remediation and reuse of contaminated sites. She serves as redevelopment counsel on special projects for Gloucester County and for the Pennsauken Township Brownfield waterfront redevelopment area, and also serves as special redevelopment counsel for several southern New Jersey communities. Ms. Bross is a member of the New Jersey State, Burlington County and Gloucester County Bar Associations, the New Jersey Brownfield Redevelopment Task Force Advisory Group and the New Jersey chapter of the Society of Women Environmental Professionals. She is also a member of the National Brownfield association, where she is Chair of the New Jersey Chapter's Legal Committee. Ms. Bross is a recipient of the 2005 New Jersey Brownfields Redevelopment Award presented by the New Jersey Brownfields Redevelopment Task Force. She is the author of several articles on Brownfields topics and lectures statewide on environmental and redevelopment issues.
