Parker McCay Welcomes Six New Associates
Marlton, NJ, October 9, 2008 - The regional law firm Parker McCay is pleased to announce that Alexis B. Batten, Andrew C. Rimol, Shannon L. Klecko, Monica N. Chheda, Jarad L. Silverstein, and Robert S. Guzek, Jr. have joined the firm as Associates.

Ms. Batten serves as bond counsel and underwriter's counsel for the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable municipal debt, in order to facilitate a wide variety of public projects and programs for local, state and bi-state issuers, including cities, counties, school districts, public authorities and bi-state agencies. Prior to joining Parker McCay, Ms. Batten served as law clerk for the Honorable John A. Sweeney, A.J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County, Civil Division. She earned her law degree from Villanova University School of Law and received a bachelor's degree from Middlebury College. She works in the firm's headquarters in Marlton, N.J.

Mr. Rimol concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury. Prior to joining Parker McCay, Mr. Rimol served as law clerk for the Honorable Evan H.C. Crook, in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County, Family Division. He earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law and received a bachelor's degree from The College of New Jersey. He works in the firm's headquarters in Marlton, N.J.

Ms. Klecko focuses her practice on representing public school boards of education in all areas affecting their operations, including special education and labor and employment. Prior to joining Parker McCay, Ms. Klecko served as law clerk for the Honorable Joseph F. Lisa, P.J.A.D., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. She earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law and received a bachelor's degree from Monmouth University. She works in the firm's headquarters in Marlton, N.J.

Ms. Chheda concentrates her practice in the area of medical malpractice. Prior to joining Parker McCay, Ms. Chheda served as law clerk for the Honorable John T. McNeill, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County, Criminal Division. Previously, Ms. Chheda worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Medical Care And Reduction of Error (MCARE) Fund. She earned her law degree from Villanova University School of Law and received a bachelor's degree from Vassar College. She works in the firm's headquarters in Marlton, NJ.

Mr. Silverstein concentrates his practice in the area of medical malpractice. Prior to joining Parker McCay, Mr. Silverstein served as law clerk for the Honorable Karen L. Suter, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County, Civil Division. Mr. Silverstein previously worked for the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission in Philadelphia, within the Division of Enforcement, with a focus on insider trading and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. He earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law and received a bachelor's degree from George Washington University. He works in the firm's headquarters in Marlton, NJ.

Mr. Guzek focuses his practice in the areas of brownfields redevelopment and environmental law, with an emphasis on the acquisition, remediation, redevelopment and reuse of contaminated and underutilized properties. Previously, Mr. Guzek worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. He earned his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law and received his bachelor's degree from University of Maine. He works in the firm's headquarters in Marlton, NJ.
