Michael A. Rambert Instructs Real Estate Redevelopment Planning Course Marlton, NJ, October 7, 2008 - Parker McCay attorney Michael A. Rambert served as the instructor for a recent three-day course titled "Real Estate Development."
Mr. Rambert provided an overview of the legal criteria for making a determination that a property is either in need of redevelopment or in need of rehabilitation.
Mr. Rambert concentrates his practice in all aspects of real estate redevelopment, economic development and government contracts. He represents private developers and municipalities in the revitalization of redevelopment areas. He is a director of the land use section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and is an adjunct professor at Rider University. In addition to his law degree, Mr. Rambert holds a Master of City Planning degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied real estate finance and development at the Wharton School.
Mr. Rambert is a resident of Princeton, N.J.
