Michael A. Rambert Instructs Real Estate Development Permits Course
Marlton, NJ, July 17, 2008 - Parker McCay attorney Michael A. Rambert served as the instructor for a recent one-day course titled "Review of Development Permits and Approvals." The course was offered by the Rutgers University Office of Continuing Professional Education.

Mr. Rambert provided an overview of the legal aspects of real estate development permits and approvals to an audience of professional land use planners and engineers.

Mr. Rambert concentrates his practice in all aspects of real estate development and redevelopment, where he represents private developers and municipalities in the development/redevelopment of commercial, industrial and residential properties. He is a director of the land use section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. In addition to his law degree, Mr. Rambert holds a Master of City Planning degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied real estate finance and development at the Wharton School.

Mr. Rambert is a resident of Princeton, N.J.
