Phyllis E. Bross Discusses Brownfields Redevelopment Marlton, NJ, March 10, 2008 - Parker McCay attorney Phyllis E. Bross was an instructor at a recent two-day course titled "Environmental Law and Regulation," presented by the Rutgers University Office of Continuing Professional Education. Ms. Bross and other New Jersey environmental experts educated participants through a variety of seminars on how to comply with local, state and federal environmental laws and regulations.
Ms. Bross spoke at a seminar titled "Brownfields Redevelopment." She discussed the importance of securing New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection oversight during site investigation and cleanup, municipal marketing of redevelopment sites, and working in partnership with the state government throughout the entire brownfield redevelopment process.
Ms. Bross focuses her practice in the areas of brownfields redevelopment and environmental law, with an emphasis on the acquisition, remediation and reuse of contaminated sites. She serves as chair of the Legal Committee and co-chair of the Legislative Affairs Committee of the National Brownfield Association, New Jersey Chapter.
Ms. Bross is a resident of Turnersville, N.J.
