Emmanuel J. Argentieri Participates in Short Sales and Foreclosure Seminar
Marlton, NJ, November 8, 2007 - Parker McCay shareholder Emmanuel J. Argentieri recently participated as an expert panelist in a seminar titled "Helping Your Business Grow: Short Sales and Foreclosures," presented by Surety Title Corporation. The seminar, designed for real estate industry professionals, focused on the complexities of short sales and foreclosures in New Jersey.

Mr. Argentieri reviewed the New Jersey foreclosure process, and explored options industry professionals have when helping distressed owners save their homes or home equity. He also discussed issues for investors interested in purchasing foreclosed properties.

Mr. Argentieri, a Laurel Springs, N.J. resident, is co-chair of Parker McCay's financial services department.
