M. Allan Vogelson Appointed to Public Officers Salary Review Commission Marlton, NJ, October 10, 2007 - Parker McCay attorney M. Allan Vogelson, J.S.C. (Ret.), was recently appointed to the Public Officers Salary Review Commission by the Honorable Joseph J. Roberts, Jr., Speaker of the New Jersey General Assembly. The seven-member commission is charged with reviewing the salaries of members of the New Jersey executive branch, judges, prosecutors, legislators and various other N.J. public officials. The Commission will submit a report to the governor and the legislature with their recommendations for salary changes. The Commission was established in 1999 and convenes once every four years. Judge Vogelson focuses his practice on alternative dispute resolution and complex litigation. He is admitted to the New Jersey bar, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Court of Claims.
