Michael A. Rambert Participates in Redevelopment Conference
Marlton, NJ, July 10, 2007 - Parker McCay attorney Michael A. Rambert recently participated in a conference titled "High Performance Redevelopment," presented by the New Jersey State League of Municipalities and the New Jersey chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council.

Mr. Rambert joined other redevelopment experts to provide information on brownfields redevelopment, green building, energy, and affordable and sustainable housing to builders, investors, property owners, developers, bankers, realtors and local officials. Mr. Rambert served as a panelist for a seminar titled "Greening Brownfields," which discussed issues such as institutional controls, implementation techniques and implications for developers and homeowner associations.

Mr. Rambert concentrates his practice in all aspects of real estate development and redevelopment, where he represents private developers and municipalities in the development/redevelopment of commercial, industrial and residential properties. He serves as president of the Garden State Bar Association, and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New Jersey Business and Industry Association.

Mr. Rambert is a resident of Princeton, N.J.
