Elizabeth M. Garcia and Paul C. Kalac Promoted to Counsel
Marlton, NJ, July 3, 2007 - Regional law firm Parker McCay announced today the promotion of Elizabeth M. Garcia and Paul C. Kalac to counsel.

Ms. Garcia concentrates her practice in the areas of civil rights and government liability, labor and employment, and municipal and government relations. She counsels numerous public sector employers with regard to a wide variety of employment issues, and she serves as special labor counsel to various New Jersey municipalities.

Ms. Garcia earned her law degree from Temple University School of Law and received a bachelor's degree from Wheaton College. A resident of Woolwich, N.J., Ms. Garcia joined Parker McCay as an associate in 2000. She works in the firm's headquarters in Marlton, N.J.

Mr. Kalac represents public school boards of education in all areas affecting their operation. He focuses on special education law, representing dozens of school districts throughout New Jersey. Mr. Kalac also serves as labor negotiator representing school districts in bargaining for collective negotiation agreements.

Mr. Kalac earned his law degree from Quinnipiac College School of Law and received a bachelor's degree from Boston College. A resident of Yardley, Pa., Mr. Kalac joined Parker McCay as an associate in 2002. He works in the firm's office in Lawrenceville, N.J.
