Nikitas Moustakas Joins Parker McCay's Corporate Department Marlton, NJ, April 24, 2006 - Nikitas Moustakas recently joined regional law firm Parker McCay as an associate attorney. Mr. Moustakas will concentrate his practice in the areas of corporate, tax and business transactional law, mergers and acquisitions, and estate and commercial real estate law. Mr. Moustakas' legal experience includes handling a variety of legal matters for corporate and individual clients, including real estate acquisitions, taxation and contract litigation. Prior to joining Parker McCay, Mr. Moustakas was an associate attorney with Schachter Portnoy, LLC in Princeton, N.J., and operated a family-owned restaurant before earning his law degree. Mr. Moustakas earned a master of laws degree in taxation (LL.M.) from Villanova University School of Law, and his law degree from New England School of Law. He received a master of business administration from Philadelphia University, and a bachelor of science from Temple University. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a resident of Cherry Hill, N.J.
