Joseph Santoro Joins Parker, McCay & Criscuolo
MARLTON, N.J., May 2, 2002 - Joseph Santoro has joined Parker, McCay & Criscuolo as an associate attorney. Santoro will concentrate his practice on tax law, corporate and business transactional law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate and finance law. He will work out of the firm's Marlton, N.J., headquarters.

Parker McCay, one of New Jersey's leading law firms, provides comprehensive legal services to a wide array of clients throughout the region, in such specialties as litigation and public sector matters, public finance, corporate and technology law. The firm also provides counsel to clients in the fields of banking, real estate, healthcare, creditors' rights and employment law.

Previously, Santoro served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Louis F. Hornstine of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Camden County.

Santoro holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia. He earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Del., and a master's in law from Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia where he majored in taxation.

Santoro is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
