Jeanne M. Stiefiel Presents at the AGA Trenton Chapter's 2011 Spring Symposium
Parker McCay shareholder, Jeanne M. Stiefel, was a presenter at the Trenton Chapter of the Association of Government Accountants' 2011 Spring Symposium program "Preparing for Reform in New Jersey." The program was held on April 29, 2011 at the Trenton Marriott in New Jersey. Ms. Stiefel presented "The Art and Science of Public Finance and Debt Issuance," a workshop which explored how government debt is issued, what issuing agencies consider when making debt decisions, and what the bond market thinks about when evaluating and purchasing government obligations.
Ms. Stiefel has been engaged in the practice of public finance law since 1986 and has extensive experience as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, borrower's counsel and trustee's counsel in a wide range of public finance transactions, with a particular expertise in healthcare financings for hospitals, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, and continuing care retirement communities.
