Michael A. Rambert to Moderate Seminar on Financing A Small Business in Today's Economy Parker McCay attorney, Michael A. Rambert, will serve as moderator for the July 10th seminar, "Financing A Small Business In Today's Economy." The seminar is sponsored by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and will explore recent trends and effective strategies for advising your small business clients in need of financial assistance. This program will cover the business and banking aspects of small business financing, including current rules for lending, how to gain the edge during the loan process, how to do a credit analysis, and options to explore beyond bank loans.
