Michael A. Rambert to Speak on Joint Venture Agreement/Relationships
Parker McCay attorney Michael A. Rambert will be presenting the March 26th workshop, "Joint Venture Agreement/Relationships." The workshop is being presented for the New Jersey Transit's Office of Business Diversity. Some of the topics to be discussed include, reasons to form joint ventures, type of joint ventures, joint venture agreements, management of joint ventures, management board, project level management, working capital, and default.
