Professional Experience:

Ms. Foley focuses her practice in the areas of Medical Malpractice, Insurance Defense and Commercial Litigation. For over 15 years, she has represented hospitals and healthcare professionals in a wide range of specialties such as cardiology, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, emergency medicine, family medicine, anesthesia, dentistry, psychiatry, nursing, and physical therapy. Ms. Foley manages cases from inception through trial.

Ms. Foley was named to the New Jersey Law Journal 2008 "40 Under 40" list. The list recognizes New Jersey attorneys under the age of 40 whose achievements in the workplace and in public service distinguish them among their peers.

Prior to joining Parker McCay, Ms. Foley was an associate of Sonnenblick, Parker & Selvers, P.C. in Freehold, New Jersey, focusing on securities litigation and commercial transactions. She was also associated with Karcher, Salmond, Rainone & Barrett, P.A. in Edison, New Jersey, focusing on medical and legal malpractice defense, as well as product liability litigation.
