Professional Experience:

Mr. Mariano has extensive experience handling large, complex commercial construction and design professional negligence matters, as well as large, complex commercial, corporate and title insurance matters. He has represented owners, general contractors and subcontractors in cases involving demolition, general construction, site work projects, mold contamination/remediation, fire/smoke damage and design professional negligence. Mr. Mariano has also represented businesses, business owners, title insurance companies and individuals in cases involving a wide range of disputes and issues.

Mr. Mariano has particular expertise in construction law, contract law and title insurance law, and significant experience handling matters involving the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. He has participated in several large-scale arbitrations and mediations through the American Arbitration Association and the National Association of Stock Broker Dealers , as well as litigation, including class action cases, in the New Jersey Superior Court, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.

From 1990 to 1993, Mr. Mariano held a management position at a major bank in Philadelphia. He has been with Parker McCay since his graduation from law school in 1996.
