    Professional Experience:

    Mr. Rambert's practice focuses primarily on government contract law, healthcare, business transactions and real estate development. He serves as general counsel for several companies and health care institutions, providing legal advice and representation.

    In the areas of federal, state and local government contract law, he represents and advises government agencies, contractors, suppliers and service providers. His expertise includes vendor/contractor certifications, contract negotiations, bid protests and performance disputes. His clients have been awarded and successfully performed on significant federal, state and local contracts.

    In his representation of nursing homes and behavioral health facilities, he provides advice on accreditation, compliance, governance and contract management.

    In addition to his law practice, Mr. Rambert is an adjunct professor at Rider University, where he teaches Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management.

    From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Rambert held the position of senior advisor for venture finance to the State of New Jersey. In this position, he served as a financial, legal and policy advisor to various public and private financing entities, including the New Jersey Economic Development Authority. He facilitated the investment of over $600 million in loans and other business incentives to companies seeking expansion and/or relocation. From 1995 to 1998, he served as director of small business development for the State of New Jersey. In this position, he assisted small businesses in being awarded over $700 million in state and federal contracts.

    Other positions previously held by Mr. Rambert include land bank manager and commercial loan officer for the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation, vice president and general counsel for the Council for Economic and Business Opportunity, and property development specialist for the New Jersey Transit Corporation.
