Professional Experience:Mr. Guest focuses his practice in the areas of municipal law, redevelopment, real estate, and land use. For over 20 years, Mr. Guest has represented both government and private clients. He has represented cities and towns, planning and zoning boards, and utility authorities. He serves as attorney for various local governments, local government agencies, as well as private developers. Mr. Guest has been instrumental in many redevelopment projects and major land transactions. His redevelopment expertise includes negotiating tax abatement agreements, redevelopment area designations and use of eminent domain procedures.
